When you submit an inquiry, HPL collects the information you enter, including your name, email, company, message, and any optional details. HPL uses it to review your inquiry and respond to you.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s database and are available only to authorized administrators. When email notifications are enabled, the inquiry is also sent to HPL’s configured notification address through its email provider. Public website visitors cannot access inquiry records.
Security and essential cookies
Administrative access uses an essential session cookie. The website does not use advertising cookies. Security controls may process a hashed network address to limit abusive requests.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting HPL through the contact form. Please indicate that your message is a privacy request. HPL retains inquiry information for follow-up and business administration; administrators can delete records when they are no longer needed.
